Sonic charged us with promoting their Slush business with a one-day activation, but didn't want to use a discount as a driver. We are obsessed with Snapchat for this young demographic, so we made a disappearing slush for one day only.
We never told anyone the flavor, so they'd have to figure it out. Peachring + cotton candy stumped millions of fans who spent the day tweeting at us, arguing on facebook, and retweeting screengrabs of our Snapstory's hints. We teased the campaign out on Snaptchat with influencers driving to our new channel. On the day of the event we blanketed Facebook with hypertargeted posts. We made a Youtube video and even a Giphy page full of gifs to let the campaign live on in evergreen content.
